Pasir Berbisik in Bromo Mountain, East Java Province - Indonesia

Such friction creates a unique sound, which is similar to a person’s whisper. The wind even blows such sand surface and makes it look like the waves of the sea. Such natural phenomenon has become a favorite object for photography and tourists often come to the site to witness it directly. Some locals even take advantage of the spot to conduct a pre-wedding photo session.
What’s next? When exploring Pasir Berbisik, tourists are allowed to lie down or sit on the ground while feeling the wind. One thing, the weather could be quite hot at noon so it is better to come either in the morning or afternoon. Also, it is better to come when the wind is strong so they could see waves of sand there. How to Get There
The most common method to reach the location is through Lumajang City, Indonesia. They may use Probolinggo – Wonorejo Street to go to the Bromo Mountain that costs about 3 hours. As for the information, the distance is approximately 83 km. Once they reach the checkpoint, they can start trekking and go up.
